Each session includes 45 minutes of guided yoga followed by 20 minutes of puppy interaction and photo-taking.

Not at all. Our sessions are beginner-friendly and designed for all experience levels.

Just come in comfortable activewear and bring your own towel and water. Yoga mats and session essentials are provided. If you're joining a dogs-welcome session, bring your own pup too!

Yes. All sessions are for guests aged 18 and above only. Children are not permitted to attend. This ensures a comfortable and safe environment for all guests and our puppies.

Yes! We encourage you to capture the memories. However, please do not use flash photography as it can startle the puppies. Natural light or no-flash mode works perfectly in our studio.

Puppy attendance may vary depending on scheduling and welfare considerations.

Some of our sessions are open to guests who want to bring their own dog along. These are marked with a 🐾 Dogs welcome badge on the booking page.

To keep the session safe and enjoyable for everyone, please note the following before bringing your dog:

• Size: Small to medium breeds only.
• Health: Your dog must be healthy, up to date on vaccinations, and showing no signs of illness on the day.
• Behaviour: Your dog must be friendly, non-aggressive toward people and other dogs, and comfortable in social environments with strangers and activity around them.
• Female dogs in heat should not attend — this can cause stress and aggression among the other dogs.
• Diaper: Your dog must wear a diaper throughout the session. We have XS to M sizes on hand. If your dog needs a larger size, please bring your own.

You are fully responsible for your dog's behaviour throughout the session. Paws & Flo reserves the right to ask you to remove your dog if they are disruptive or pose a risk to others.

Yes. Puppy welfare is our highest priority. All sessions are carefully managed to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both puppies and guests.

Please note that as puppies are naturally playful and curious, they may nibble or mouth guests during the session — this is normal puppy behaviour. Paws & Flo is not liable for any minor nicks or marks as a result of puppy interaction. Our instructors are always on hand to guide interactions safely.

Yes — we ask all guests to complete a short digital waiver form before their first session. It covers a quick acknowledgement that sessions involve movement and live puppy interaction (the nibbles are part of the charm 🐾), and helps us make sure everyone has a safe, happy time.

You'll receive a link to the waiver form after your booking is confirmed. It only takes a minute, and you won't need to fill it in again for future sessions.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before. See our full cancellation policy for details.

When paying via PayNow, please include your reference number in the payment note. This helps us match your payment to your booking quickly.
