Each session has limited slots to ensure a comfortable experience for guests and puppies.
- Cancellations at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the session.
- No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.
If Paws & Flo cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (puppy welfare, instructor availability, venue or safety issues), guests will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled session credit.
By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this policy.
All Paws & Flo sessions are open to guests aged 18 and above only.
Children are not permitted to attend any session. This policy ensures a safe and comfortable environment for all guests and our puppies. By booking, guests confirm that all attendees on their booking meet this requirement.
The wellbeing of our puppies is our top priority. All sessions include appropriate rest rotations, supervision, and handling guidelines. Guests are expected to:
- Handle puppies gently and respectfully
- Follow all instructor and staff guidance
- Avoid feeding puppies without permission
- Refrain from disruptive or unsafe behaviour
- Do not carry or lift puppies while standing — please remain seated or on the ground when interacting with the puppies at all times
Paws & Flo reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour may compromise the safety of puppies, guests, or staff.
If a puppy is injured or harmed as a direct result of a guest's negligent, reckless, or unsafe behaviour, that guest may be held liable for any resulting veterinary costs and related expenses.
Our sessions involve gentle physical activity alongside live puppy interaction. Guests should participate within their own comfort and fitness levels. Paws & Flo is not liable for any injuries that may occur during participation.
Some sessions are open to guests who wish to bring their own dog. These are marked with a 🐾 Dogs welcome badge. Guests bringing their own dog are solely responsible for their dog's behaviour throughout the session. The following requirements apply:
- Size: Small to medium breeds only.
- Health: Dogs must be healthy, up to date on vaccinations, and showing no signs of illness on the day of the session.
- Behaviour: Dogs must be friendly and non-aggressive toward people and other dogs, and comfortable in social environments.
- Female dogs in heat must not attend as this may cause stress or aggression among other dogs.
- Diaper: Dogs must wear a diaper for the duration of the session. Paws & Flo provides XS to M sizes. Guests with larger dogs should bring their own.
Paws & Flo reserves the right to ask a guest to remove their dog if the dog is disruptive, aggressive, or poses a risk to others. Paws & Flo shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by a guest's dog to other guests, staff, or property.
A digital waiver must be signed before participating in any Paws & Flo session. By completing your booking and attending, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Our sessions involve interaction with live puppies. As puppies are young animals in a playful and exploratory stage, they may nibble, scratch, or mouth guests during the session. This is natural puppy behaviour and not considered aggression.
- Paws & Flo shall not be held liable for any injuries, scratches, bites, or marks caused by puppy interaction during the session.
- Paws & Flo shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or harm to personal property that may occur during or as a result of the session.
- Participation is entirely at your own risk. Guests with open wounds, skin conditions, or animal allergies are advised to consult a doctor before attending.
- Guests who bring their own dog to a dogs-welcome session are solely responsible for their dog's behaviour. Paws & Flo shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or incident caused by a guest's dog.
- By attending, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer in full.
The digital waiver will be sent to your email upon booking confirmation and must be signed prior to attending your session.
By participating, guests acknowledge that:
- Yoga and wellness activities involve physical movement and inherent risks.
- Guests should participate according to their own comfort and fitness levels.
- Guests are responsible for informing instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or limitations prior to the session.
- Paws & Flo shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, or damages sustained during participation, except where required by law.
Please seek medical advice if unsure whether activities are suitable for you.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the session starts.
- Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be allowed to join.
- Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.
Photography and videography may occasionally take place during sessions for marketing and social media purposes. By attending, guests consent to potentially appearing in photos or videos used by Paws & Flo.
Please do not use flash photography as it may startle the puppies.
If you prefer not to be featured, please inform our team before the session begins. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate this, complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed.
After your session, Paws & Flo may create a private photo and video gallery and share it with guests who attended.
- Private gallery: Content is compiled for your session group only and is not published publicly or shared on our social media channels without separate consent.
- Access: The gallery is password-protected and shared directly with guests from that session only.
- Retention: Gallery content is available for 30 days from the date of sharing, after which it is removed.
If you have any concerns about photos or videos taken of you, please reach out to us at hello@pawsandflo.com within the 30-day window.
Paws & Flo reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these policies and terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
We encourage guests to review this page periodically. Continued participation in Paws & Flo sessions following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
